Creating a QR Code
Every short link in Lynkd automatically gets a QR code. You can access the QR code for any link from the link detail view or the QR Codes section of your dashboard.
- 1Navigate to the link you want a QR code for and click on it to open the detail view.
- 2Click the 'QR Code' tab to see the generated QR code.
- 3Use the customization options to adjust the size, color, and format.
- 4Click 'Download' to save the QR code as a PNG or SVG file.
QR Code Customization
Lynkd QR codes can be customized to match your brand:
- 1Foreground color: Change the color of the QR code modules (dark squares).
- 2Background color: Set the background to match your design material.
- 3Size: Choose from preset sizes or enter custom dimensions.
- 4Format: Download as PNG for digital use or SVG for print materials that need to scale.
Note: Always test your customized QR code with multiple phone cameras before printing. High-contrast combinations (dark on light) scan most reliably.
QR Code Analytics
QR code scans are tracked just like link clicks. Every scan records the timestamp, geographic location, device type, and operating system. You can view QR-specific analytics by filtering your link analytics to show only scans (mobile devices that accessed the link via camera).
