Terms of Service

To use Lynkd, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@lynkd.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create links to illegal, harmful, or malicious content (malware, phishing, fraud)
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Lynkd offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by Zen Acquire LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service (links, QR codes, analytics data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Access to the Lynkd API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. You agree to use the API in accordance with our API documentation and not to exceed published rate limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access for accounts that abuse the API or use it in a way that degrades service for others.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zen Acquire LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zen Acquire LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support@lynkd.co.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Zen Acquire LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
