Export Options
Lynkd lets you export your analytics data for use in spreadsheets, BI tools, or reporting platforms. You can export data for individual links or in bulk.
Exporting Link Data
To export analytics for a single link or a group of links:
- 1Navigate to the Analytics section of your dashboard.
- 2Use the filters to select the date range, links, and dimensions you want to include.
- 3Click the 'Export' button in the top right corner of the analytics view.
- 4Choose your format: CSV for spreadsheets or JSON for programmatic use.
- 5Your export file will begin downloading. Large exports may take a few moments to generate.
What Is Included in Exports
Export files include the following data for each click: timestamp, short link URL, destination URL, geographic location (country and city), device type, operating system, browser, referrer URL, and UTM parameter values. This gives you the raw data needed to build custom reports in your preferred analytics tool.
Scheduled Exports
Pro plan users can set up scheduled exports that automatically generate and email a CSV report on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Go to Settings, then Exports, and click 'Create Schedule' to configure automated reporting.
