Upgrading to Pro
You can upgrade to the Pro plan at any time from your billing settings:
- 1Go to Settings and click on the 'Billing' tab.
- 2Click 'Upgrade to Pro'.
- 3Choose monthly or annual billing.
- 4Enter your payment information and confirm.
- 5Your Pro features are activated immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrading to Free
If you need to downgrade from Pro to the free plan:
- 1Go to Settings and click on the 'Billing' tab.
- 2Click 'Change Plan' and select the Free plan.
- 3Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- 4After the billing period ends, your account will revert to free plan limits. Existing links and analytics data are preserved, but you will not be able to create more than 10 links per month.
Note: Downgrading does not delete any of your existing links or analytics data. Everything you have created is preserved.
