Invoices and Payments

Payment Methods

Lynkd accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Viewing Invoices

All invoices are available in your billing settings:

  1. 1Go to Settings and click on the 'Billing' tab.
  2. 2Scroll down to the 'Invoice History' section.
  3. 3Click on any invoice to view the details or download a PDF.

Updating Payment Information

To update your payment card:

  1. 1Go to Settings and click on the 'Billing' tab.
  2. 2Click 'Update Payment Method' in the payment details section.
  3. 3Enter your new card information and click 'Save'.
  4. 4Your next charge will be applied to the updated card.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification with instructions to update your payment method. You have a 7-day grace period to resolve the issue before your account is downgraded to the free plan. During the grace period, all your Pro features remain active.
